ଓଡ଼ିଶା ପୋଲିସ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ 933 ସବ ଇନ୍ସ୍ପେକଟର ପଦବୀ ପାଇଁ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି । ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଗୃହ ବିଭାଗ ପକ୍ଷରୁ 609 ଏସଆଇ ପଦବୀ , 253 ଏସଆଇ (ଆର୍ମଡ଼), 47 ଷ୍ଟେସନ ଅଫିସର (ଫାୟାର ସର୍ଭିସ ) ଓ 24(ଆସିଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଟ ଜେଲର) ପଦବୀରେ ଯୁଗ୍ମ ପୋଲିସ ସେବା ପରୀକ୍ଷା ପାଇଁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିଜ୍ଞପ୍ତି ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଛି । ନିମ୍ନରେ ସବିଶେଷ ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ ।

Online applications are invited from the intending eligible candidates for the recruitment of SI of Police, SI of Police (Armed), Station Officer (Fire Service) and Asst. Jailor under Home department, Govt. of Odisha.
Pay Scale of Odisha Police SI:
Pay Band of Rs. 9300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/- i.e. Rs. 35,400/- in Cell-1 of Level-9 of Pay Matrix of ORSP-2017
Age Requirement:
The candidates shall not be less than 21 (twenty-one) years and not more than 25 (twenty-five) years of age as on 01-01-2024.
Date of Birth recorded in the High School Certificate such as Board of Secondary Education of Odisha, Cuttack/ Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi/ Indian Council of Secondary Education, New Delhi or equivalent certificate issued by the concerned Board / Council will only be acceptable to OPRB.
Age relaxation shall be applicable for SC/ST/SEBC/Women candidates/Ex-servicemen (for details refer to the official website)
Educational Qualification:
To be eligible to apply for the posts of Sub Inspector of Police, Sub Inspector of Police (Armed) and Asst. Jailor, the candidates must have passed Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline from a recognized University.
But, for the post of Station Officer (Fire Service), a candidate must be a Science or Engineering Graduate from a Govt. recognized University or Institution.
General Eligibility Criteria for Odisha Police SI Recruitment:
- Must be a citizen of India
- Must be of a good moral and character
- Must be of sound health and physique. He should be free from any organic defect or body infirmity.
- Must Be able to speak, read and write Odia.
- Must Have passed M.E. School or higher examinations with Odia language as a subject, or passed H.S.C. or equivalent examinations with Odia as a medium of examination in non-language subject, or passed the written test in Odia in M.E. School standard conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha.
- Should Not have more than one spouse living.
- Should Not have been convicted for any criminal offence.
